660 × 380 mm per position. The arm reaches about 10% beyond, with lower accuracy. The machine repositions in a few seconds to continue a larger cut, and the X2 module extends the width to 1,200 mm over three indexed positions.

That depends on your plasma cutter: ArcDroid cuts whatever your torch cuts. A 45 A unit cuts cleanly up to 12 mm of steel; a 105 A unit goes beyond 25 mm.

Up to 5,000 mm/min cutting, 8,000 mm/min rapid travel. Actual speed depends on thickness and cutter amperage.

65 mm. The Z carriage probes the sheet before every cut and continuously adjusts torch height (THC) if your cutter provides the arc voltage.

No. The touch-screen controller does everything: tracing, saving, cutting, settings. The screen works with gloves on. A computer remains useful if you want to draw your parts in DXF.

Plasma and welding generate enormous electrical interference; a controller linked by a shielded cable is immune to it. And a good tool should not require an update to work: the controller will still be usable in ten years.

Not for cutting: the trigger connects to the torch control. You only lose automatic height control during the cut; the machine probes the sheet and cuts at a fixed height.

High-frequency start sends a discharge of several thousand volts that disturbs and can damage the robot's electronics. Prefer a pilot-arc model, standard today.
