The ArcDroid™ is a self-contained CNC plasma cutting system with a 660 × 380 mm working area. It drives your plasma cutter and sets up on any table in under five minutes.
The Simple Trace™ touch controller does everything, with no computer: you trace a template, an existing part or a sketch with the stylus, the machine memorises the outline and cuts it with the torch, with automatic height control. You can also import DXF or G-code files by USB stick, from Fusion 360, SheetCAM or QCAD/CAM.
Compact, rugged and portable, the ArcDroid™ suits repeated industrial parts as well as decorative cuts. Requires a plasma cutter (not included).

The questions we get asked.
Do I need a plasma cutter?
Yes. ArcDroid drives your plasma cutter, it doesn't include one. You need a model with a non-high-frequency start (pilot arc or contact start). Check your brand and model in the compatibility checker, or call us.
What thicknesses?
That depends on your plasma cutter: ArcDroid cuts whatever your torch cuts. A 45 A unit cuts cleanly up to 12 mm of steel; a 105 A unit goes past 25 mm.
What area can it cut?
660 × 380 mm per position. The machine repositions in seconds to continue a larger cut, and the X2 module extends the width to 1,200 mm across three indexed positions.
