Legal information
Terms of sale
These terms govern sales concluded on cnc-plasma.fr between BOBBER'S ELSASS KUSTOM SAS ("the seller") and any customer, business or consumer. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
1. Products
The products offered are those presented on the site, subject to available stock. Photographs and the 3D model are as faithful as possible but are not contractual. The ArcDroid™ requires a plasma cutter, not included; compatibility with the customer's cutter is the customer's responsibility, the seller providing advice on request.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed on the seller's online store (Shopify). Payment is made at the time of ordering by bank card, PayPal or any other method offered at checkout, securely. The seller may refuse an order in case of a previous dispute or suspected fraud. An invoice is issued for every order.
4. Delivery
In-stock products are shipped within 48 working hours from Oberentzen (France), to mainland France, the countries of the European Union and Switzerland, by carrier. Announced lead times are indicative. The customer checks the condition of the parcel on receipt and notes any reservations with the carrier in case of damage. Collection at the workshop is possible by appointment.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have fourteen days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving reasons. The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, in resalable condition; return costs are borne by the customer. Refund is made within fourteen days of receiving the return. This right does not apply to business customers.
6. Warranties
Products are covered by the one-year manufacturer's warranty, as well as the statutory warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). After-sales service is provided by the seller from its Oberentzen workshop.
7. Liability
Plasma cutting involves risks: the customer is responsible for following the safety instructions in the manual and those of their plasma cutter (eye protection, ventilation, fire prevention). The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use.
8. Personal data
The data collected is necessary to process orders and contact requests. It is neither sold nor transferred. Customers have a right of access, rectification and deletion by writing to info@cnc-plasma.fr.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing an amicable agreement, the courts of the seller's registered office have jurisdiction.
